Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Zenithoche websites, software tools, Discord applications, and related digital products, including Jupnich. By using Zenithoche products, you agree to these Terms.

Use of products

Zenithoche products are provided to help users and communities manage digital systems, Discord servers, and related workflows. You are responsible for using the products lawfully, safely, and in compliance with applicable platform rules, including Discord's Terms and policies.

Discord applications

When you add a Zenithoche Discord application to a server, you confirm that you have permission to install and configure applications in that server. Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for configuration decisions, permissions, channels, roles, moderation actions, and user-facing server policies.

Accounts, access, and permissions

Some features may require specific Discord permissions, server configuration, or premium access. Zenithoche may refuse, suspend, or remove access if a product is misused, abused, used to violate law or platform rules, or used in a way that threatens service stability or safety.

Premium subscriptions and payments

Paid products or premium tiers may be offered through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Premium access may be manually activated per server during early rollout. Pricing, features, and activation processes may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period shown. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past payments.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. Refunds may be denied for completed service periods, misuse, violations of these Terms, or situations where premium access was provided as described.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zenithoche products to:

• Break laws, platform rules, or Discord policies.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
• Send spam, abuse automation, or overload systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
• Use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity.

Availability and changes

Zenithoche products may change, pause, lose features, or become unavailable due to maintenance, platform changes, third-party outages, technical issues, or business decisions. Zenithoche does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Third-party services

Zenithoche products may depend on third-party platforms and services such as Discord, Stripe, hosting providers, APIs, or media services. Zenithoche is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account actions, or service limitations.

Intellectual property

Zenithoche products, branding, design, code, copy, and related materials are owned by Zenithoche or its creator unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Zenithoche products or materials without permission.

Disclaimer

Zenithoche products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenithoche disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenithoche is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, server disruption, platform actions, or third-party service failures.

Termination

Zenithoche may suspend or terminate access to products if these Terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, safety, security, abuse, payment, or operational risk.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Zenithoche products change. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
