• Discord server IDs, user IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and configuration settings needed for app functionality.
• Server operation data created through product features, such as tickets, events, moderation records, role panels, source routing settings, birthdays, leveling data, and setup preferences.
• Payment and subscription status information from payment providers such as Stripe. Zenithoche does not store full card numbers or bank account details.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. Zenithoche may receive limited payment-related information such as customer email, payment status, subscription status, and product purchased.

Discord data

Zenithoche products that operate on Discord may process Discord-related IDs and server configuration data only as needed to provide the requested functionality. Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for how they configure products in their Discord servers.

Data sharing

Zenithoche does not sell user data. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the service, process payments, host websites, provide support, or comply with law.

Data retention

Zenithoche keeps information for as long as needed to operate products, provide support, maintain records, prevent abuse, or meet legal and payment obligations. Some Discord server data may remain until removed by server configuration, support request, or product cleanup.

Your choices

Server owners may remove Zenithoche Discord applications from their server at any time. You may request support for access, correction, or deletion of data where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for security, payment, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Children

Zenithoche products are not directed to children under 13. Discord users must follow Discord's own age and account requirements.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Zenithoche products change. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
