Use of Jupnich

Jupnich is a Discord server operations and structure bot. By adding or using Jupnich in a Discord server, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with Discord's rules and applicable laws.

Server Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Jupnich is configured and used in their servers, including tickets, moderation tools, roles, events, source routing, media tools, leveling, and other server management features.

Abuse and Misuse

You may not use Jupnich to harass others, spam, evade moderation, distribute harmful content, or violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Premium Features

Some Jupnich features may be offered through Free, Plus, or Pro tiers. Early premium access may be activated manually. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Availability

Jupnich may experience downtime, maintenance, bugs, or feature changes. No guarantee is made that the service will always be available or error-free.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Jupnich develops. Continued use of Jupnich after updates means you accept the updated terms.
